    Sorry for not really keeping this little thing alive.. I know i have like 10 people visiting this site every year so i feel like im lettin them down by not really ever updating.. But honestly, i dont really have shit to say right now.. Its been really slow for a couple weeks, the only thing thats been moving are the trees in the wind.. Its been storming pretty much constantly for a month now..

    This week im goin to try to figure out if im gettin a 450 or not. And try to ride. Ill let ya know..









  • Lookin like i smell

    Sittin here, its friday night 10:20 PM and im listnin to some dubbs, just chillin. After the show in Norrköping last weekend, i decided to take some time off to let my broken toe heal a little, and ive been chillin for a week now. I feel pretty excited about going riding again tomorrow. Kinda feels like i needed a break, broken toe or not, after what happend to Ratto last week.

    We were all out at the amusement park Gröna Lund in Stockholm setting up for a show we were supposed to ride all summer, when ratto accidently hit first gear in the ramp. He cased and crashed gnarrly on the pavement. I sat down with him trying to calm homie down while we waited waaay to long for the ambulance to show up.. Scary shit. He blogs about his recovery in swedish on Rickard Ratto.Blogg.se.

    for those who can't read swedish, he broke his feumor, his wrist, his elbow and messed up his kidney..

    The weather is finally awesome! Been riding a couple times, but managed to break my big toe this weekend. Should only be a couple of days off, probably back riding on like friday, so i get a good weeks practice before the next show, which is the 26th down in Norrköping with Frog.

    Whatup! The show in Boden went by pretty okay.. It was extremely cold, and i had a gnarly fever the entire weeekend which made it all pretty hard to get through. Ill get some photos up later or whatever, we'll see!


    Just stoppin by to let ya know that the infamous director and filmer "Petter Grimborg" of Grimborg aka Grisdawg productions and myself are workin on a pretty awesome movie. It goes under the name of "Phunatshky" And will hopefully be done and released on DVD at Iceman.se this fall..

    Yo! Me, Frog and Ratto just finished the last little training session before me and Senior El Froggolito have to load up and leave for next weekends show at the "Western Farm Speed And Style" in Boden, Sweden.

    Riding has been goin freakin awesome, and im super excited about the show and being on the road again! Frog-attack's van broke down last week, so i went and bought the most awesome car ever, a '96 Ford Scorpio stationwagon, the ugliest car ive seen in my life, but i freakin love it. I named her "The Ship" since its huuge. We're gonna tow the bikes on a trailer the 15 hour drive to the show .. awesome!

    THe show is Saturday, and were gunna be there on wednesday so we're gonna have alot of time to do stupid stuff all week. Im bringin snowboards, snowbikes and a video camera.. So check back for that shit during the week!





  • The art of moving on..

    After Jeremys passing last week, it was kind of hard to think about riding. Me, Kristjan and Frog were just bummed out. We decided to grab ahold of ourselves though, and do the only thing that makes us happy. Which is to ride. We called Rickard Rättö and Niklas "Loggan" Olsson and went down to my spot "The yard" in Vallentuna.

    This was the first time in over a year that the whole crew was assembled again, and it was just awesome. We spent the day riding ramps and barbequing in the cold. It brought back something we have all been missing for awhile, which is riding with all your friends.

    We mixed the ramp riding with doing laps at the local indoor track. It was a super fun week, and i cant wait to repeat it this week. Only 10 more days pretty much till mine and Frog's show in Boden, so we deffinatly have some seat time infront of us!

  • Rest In Peace Jeremy Lusk

    Im am really sad to post this, but i felt i had to. Today we were all reminded of the serious consequences of Freestyle Motocross, the sport that we love. Jeremy Lusk passed away last night as a result of the injuries he sustained from his crash in Costa Rica. His closest family, including his mother, father and his wife were at his side when he passed on.

    I cannot belive this. It was just last night, i was walking down the streets of Stockholm with my friend from the states, Kristjan, who grew up riding with Lusk. I was showing him around the city just as i did with Jeremy and Lauren last summer, being proud to have such badass people in my town. Every time i ran into them at events they always treated me good. he was always cool to me and so was his wife. This is the saddest thing ive heard in a long time, im just in complete disbelief. Like Myles said on ESPN, Jeremy seems to be that unbreakable guy that always gets up and shakes it off.. Ive watched him do the gnarliest crashes and just get right back up.

    The last time i met him was in Poland back in september, he was scheduled to ride in Stockholm again this spring, and i was super excited about having him here again- like i always am when badass people come to my home town.


    I still cant belive that its true and i dont know what to say, but Rest in Peace Jeremy. I am excited beyond words that he had the year he had before this happend.. Talk about going out with a bang, and i mean that in the most respectful way i can possibly put it. He literly realized every dream that anyone can poissibly have; From marrying his high school sweetheart, to winning his gold medal at X games, to being the rider of the year.. I cant think of anyone else that really got to experience all of that.

    RIP Jeremy Lusk, you will always be remembered as one of the best motocross riders that ever lived.

    Jeremy Lusk had a terrble accident last night while performing a show in Costa Rica. Jeremy under-rotated his signature trick, a Backflip Hart Attack Indian Air. He landed on his head and got knocked uncouncios right away. Details are sketchy, but he is fighting for his life at the hospital and is in critical condition. If you are religous, pray for Jeremy, if not, keep him and his family in your thoughts. It is always terrible to see a fellow rider crash, and especially such a good guy like Jeremy.
